hi, can i use a balanced 4.4mm to 2 rca cable from my ibasso DC06 to the rca input of my Denon receiver? If I do that, will I lose balance? Another question, does it work on Motorola Moto Z Power and iPhone X?
The DC06 has independent power supply for the amp causing a bigger package, runs hotter, consumes more power but it also outputs 2 times the power of the DC05. That means the DC06 can be used with headphones the DC05 was to weak for. It could be a bit smaller then the DC05 without the 4.4mm balanced but it still would be quite bigger then the DC05. The non detachable cable of the DC05 is great for making it small and portable but its also the first thing that is going to break, in my case it didn't even last for a year.
I have the DC05 and it is great, near identical specs in the 3.5mm with the DC06, the only negative is the cable is not detachable! Not even worth paying double for the 06 for the same specs + 4.4mm that I won't use! I Hope they improve more on the DC07
