(TWF) weird missing child screen found on rom (REUPLOAD)

I like how realistic the missing screen feels. There's no loud music, no distorted faces, hell there isn't even a level of horror, in a way. It makes me feel like whoever put the screen in the screen at the end just genuinely wanted to help spread the word about these two missing kids.
The name change of Molly to Mary, however, intrigues me. Why change such a small detail? Unless it was a mistake

Please believe me - I’m not trying to be rude. If those children are supposed are supposed to be Edd and Molly, though, they were born in 1962 and 1965 as they went missing in May 1974.
