круто, красиво.Но лук практически не обжаривается,ибо внутри фарш.По итогу как будто луковица будет весьма на любителя.Как предположим во французском луковом супе,если потом не довести в духовке.Единственное,если сначала в фальге например запечь до приблизительно 80% готовности начинки,а потом уже извлечь и на сильном огне запекать до хрусткости бекона и ,может быть, получится придать луку какую то толику обжарки.Интересно в общем,надо тестить.
