I have been wanting to try to make that dough since you guys made it for the pie filled with cheese and mixed greens a few years ago but never did because I thought I wouldn’t be able to do it......yet here you are, making it...in the middle of the forest....on a blanket....on the ground! I’m impressed and now I have no excuse....I will try it tomorrow. I make the other burek you guys made quite often so I know this one is going to taste as good as it looks. The average person doesn't understand how to build a cooking fire. They go chop down a tree and split it into (heating) sized pieces, thinking it is good enough. Cooking fires require knowledge that you don't get behind the keyboard. It is an art. Boki knows advanced culinary skills and has the knowledge of fire. It doesn't get any better.
