The 1kg is a butter blend. 70% butter, 30% margarine hence why it is softer than the bucket and carton. Use the same measurement and mixing process and you will get same results
Great video ! This TAROONA Margarine looks almost whitish on screen and not as yellow as other margarines brands. Is that how the color actually looks or is it because I’m watching on screen.

I do not advise you use preservatives and I don't recommend any. Educate your customers that all cakes should be wrapped in a plastic bag and stored in a freezer.
