Here’s the thing. What works for someone may not work for you. Healthy hair growth starts from inside the body. Healthy eating, drinking lots of water.staying healthy. genetics also plays a role in hair growth. Some people have faster hair growth. Keeping the hair clean and moisturize helps. And staying away from heat and chemicals.

Protein treatments are supposed to be done every 3 months for kinky curly hair. No more than that or you'll risk weakening the hair. This is a great combination for a treatment. Thanks for the tip.

I used to do this combo with mayonnaise but I just did this version today and the mayonnaise is not really needed I like this version better. I know many people are saying that they don’t want to put avocado in their hair because it’s too delicious or they love it too much but your hair also needs food, if you love your hair then also give it the best.

God is good, he loves us all so much and wants us all in his kingdom. Please turn turn to him and worship him forever. All the material things on earth won’t matter once he returns for his earth, all the people all the issues won’t matter. He will always be there for us and will always love us. He is an on time God, a forgiving God, a God is love, a God who cares and a God of mercy, a God is forgiveness, and a God that accepts you for who you are and no matter what you have done. Please give your life to him today and live for him. This world has nothing to offer but Jesus certainly does. Call his name, talk to him and ask him to forgive you for your sins and accept you, take him as your God and savior. Take it one day at a time and starting preying you him and worshiping him, read about God and google about him. A journey with him is not easy, but it’s worth it, he’s worth living for, and it’s worth eternal life. Hell isn’t a place for human beings. He wants you in his kingdom and as one of his children. Especially since black people are bias when it comes to "popping curls",skin color, and long hair. The biggest fad right now is long hair. And she got it.
