I like your bucket repair. Very neat welding nice looking strong beads. Good welding practice welders fully protected. Good to see proper job done. I love your welder It looks like a Fronius a well made machine. Keep the video's coming from jonesy south Wales GB.
@@machineryattachments thank you very much for your reply. Just for me to know as I am trying to learn is that called dual shielded welding process thanks ruth.
That would be ok on US soil. But in europe. Especially norway the ground is so compact from the glacier time. So here we usually see 4 tooth buckets on just about evereything. And never more than 5. Ive seen a couple with 6-7 teeth. But those are usually used for a rough grade.
I’ve replaced adapters ‘shanks’ on a Hitachi 1200 6 ft bucket at the quarry. Massive bucket. Cutting old shanks off is only 1/2 the job. 250000 pound machine. I have pictures but don’t know how to send them.
Dear Gilbert Brewer, this bucket was built 5years ago by us and it was used in mud soil in Romania, Europe. After 5years came to us for a "refresh". In these 5 years, the attack blade and the adapters have never been replaced.

Dear Ruth Beers, thank you for apreciation. After comments like your I'll be glad to make more videos.
Seems to me plating over the existing would have been faster and better.
It was our customer's decision to do it like that.
Fine looking job! Slick ass beads🤙
Hi could you please tell me what gas and wire you use to weld the buckets with. Nice job. Thanks ruth.
Hello, C18 gas and 1.2mm SG3 wire. Glad that you like it. Thank you!

Dear Ste James, I don't understand what you mean by that.
Good job 👍 cut those 5 shanks “adapters” off and put 6 back on. Maybe 7.
