@@PancakeGurlyou’re right, the win is what matters. But saying “giving up homers doesn’t matter” is a bad mindset because in important games/playoffs we’ll need our bullpen to step up because giving up two home runs late in a game every time will be the reason we don’t make it far

There’s no way those Bassitt fastballs are 93 MPH. They look way slower than that. The Mariners guy supposedly throwing 98 looks more like 93 while Bassitt’s pitches are probably 88-89. MLB radar gun juicing is real.
@@DaveH8905 The homer call on that double play was a bit much. Jays announcers, especially Shulman and Buck, tend to call very neutral games. (Buck does get a little bias on his home run calls but that's about it). It is quite noticeable watching these highlight packs every game that the vast majority of other team's announcers come across as homers in comparison.

And they can do whatever they want, but it will always come across to me as unprofessional. If that kind of thing doesn't bother you, then great.
