Wendy’s Frosty Chocolate Ice Cream
1 12 oz. Cool Whip
1 ½ gallon of chocolate milk
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand or any brand)
That is all the recipe calls for, but I do squirt in some Hershey's chocolate syrup for more chocolate effect.
