Chocolate and banana pastries: so easy and quick that you'll make them every day!

  • INGREDIENTS

    1 roll of puff pastry

    100g of chocolate

    1/2 banana

    Egg for egg wash

    Powdered sugar

    METHOD

    1. Unroll the puff pastry on a cutting board and cut on the rectangles. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper.

    2. Place the piece of chocolate and two pieces of the banana. Make the cuts at one half and close it well with the fork.

    3. Brush the pastries with egg and transfer them to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.

    4. Serve chocolate and banana pastries on a serving plate and decorate with powdered sugar.
