I was feeling this feeling of melancholy, a couple weeks ago. I tried what I used to do by listening to secular music and trying to cry to sort of let out that sadness. This was when a video was recommended to me by God, of a Christian hymn called "In the Cross of Christ I Glory" and when I watched it, and ran to God for help instead of the world, this sad and strangling feeling on melancholy left me and I was able to sleep in peace. All glory to God, may he help me to remember his blessings for the rest of my life.
I shed tears listening to this song at the church just now. I'm having a very tough time in life and I can really feel that Jesus is with me and that He is healing me. He knows my struggles and will walk me through the thorny path ❤️

Easter is pagan. The dates and it's origins are all pagan. I missed the part where Paul or Jesus preached about it in the New Testament. The only thing I remember from the New Testament that matters is living our lives sacrificially to prove our love to Jesus Christ for all He has done for us. Celebrating His resurrection won't do much good if our lives only shows a form of godliness without bearing fruits of righteousness from a repentant heart.

To a lot of people the Cross is an offence but to me it tells of the Love of God through his Son Jesus Christ Who through His blood washes all sin from those who believe.

Today is Easter. We celebrate our Lord's resurrection ! Thank Lord Jesus for saving me from sin! Hallelujah
Easter is pagan. The dates and it's origins are all pagan. I missed the part where Paul or Jesus preached about it in the New Testament. The only thing I remember from the New Testament that matters is living our lives sacrificially to prove our love to Jesus Christ for all He has done for us. Celebrating His resurrection won't do much good if our lives only shows a form of godliness without bearing fruits of righteousness from a repentant heart.
Our Lord said: "Believe and trust in Me" for with His resurrection He gave us hope in this life!
