Every time you see an adult content on your screen and the thoughts is in your head avoid it immediately and do something productive. doing something productive like exercising can help you avoid doing it and setting goals like learning a new things that’ll benefit you in life. @TheKingAllah1official Your advice is not practical. He does learn something productive and goes to exercise - when he's not watching adult content. He needs something that gives him more pleasure than this. And he needs psychotherapy sessions.
