@@danielJD5720 the yield wasn't that better for early potatoes. But we had a pretty wet spring so there was more than enough moisture in the ground. These beds in theory would hold the moisture better than conventional 75cm ridges on black sandy soil. But the weed pressure was a lot lower because in this setting the plants canopy quicker. And drainage wise. The water still flows to the lowspots. Same as on the ridges. But the rows in the lowspot where not harmed as much luckily.
