For anyone watching this looking to do it, do NOT position ANY lights so you can see the LED "bulb" directly. At least in Texas, "underglow" means you can't see at all where the light is coming from. So, I wouldn't install the rear stips like this guy did without being illegal - not to mention it looks kinda bad in my opinion. The purpose of underglow lights is so people go "where is that light even coming from?" and this dude went "right here, here's the LED strips"
I had a set on my bike by the colour of your plate your from qld I’m from vic and had mine running all the time pulled over many times and police asked why a have them on and my genuine reason was I did a lot of night riding after work and I feel safer with them one so people can see me easily at night one out of many had a problem with it but others where pretty chill and understanding and let me go and said just make sure u don’t have them flashing or and red and blue I kept them on white all the time if u do install them I suggest look at your local laws nice bike btw I’m waiting for my local dealer to get 2024 r7 in store
@@WogWoEyou need to hook it up with a relay, if you go directly to your ignition it'll pull more than intended amps and blow a fuse. relays are really simple, there's 4 wires. 2 for the battery, one for your "signal wire" and one output hot wire for your leds (or wireless charger) you put the signal wire to ignition, output wire to your device of choice, and ground your device either directly to the battery, or to the frame if you have frame ground, I just grounded mine on the same wire the relay is grounded. my relay also has a switch on the ground so I can turn it off manually in addition to being off when the bike is off
All the videos I've watched don't show how or where to connect the blue wire. I know it's to the brake line but I don't know how or where to connect it
It varies state to state in the US, like in Texas you can have white or amber as long as you cannot see the light directly - his lights on the back and bottom would be illegal in Texas even if they are white or amber since you can see them clear as day, and it looks janky imo.
How did you make the connection without the battery being discharged? I put mine red and red, black and black and the battery was discharged and with the control I left the lights off
Does this not drain the battery when not in use? Or does that switch with the light totally disconnect power? Just installed my sons, and thats my only concern by not using a relay of some type
Fckn love LEDs on bike, shame about the legality of riding with them Started following you on Insta & love the pictures of how this turned out, I do love the aesthetic too, gives a big Cyberpunk/Bladerunner/Akira vibe

That’s weird…. I never get pulled over about my lights
Hahaha there are no laws in my country
You could also atach it after your ignition right? So its always off once you pull out your key?
Yeah you could do it that way if you wanted to
@@denham.archerhow would you do that?

I just bought the crt exhaust as well. Did you shorten your pipes or is that the length of the full exhaust. Thank you 🙏
That’s the length of the full system
@@denham.archerappreciate it! Ride safe brother 🤙🏼
Have you had any battery problems and have any of them fell off due to the heat from the engine?
No it has a battery switch so it doesn’t drain power and they haven’t fallen off
@@denham.archer ty bro and also replying back so quick beautiful bike by the way
@@JoelHernandez-tq7kd thanks mate
Does your battery need to be off when installing negative to positive wires?
You shouldn’t have to remove the battery. Just keep ignition off and don’t let either of the wires touch each other.
it makes no difference whether or not the ignition is on

If it’s for an R7, you connect it to the solid yellow wire on the brake light. I did mine right before the plug, like an inch or so back.
Why do you need to connect it to the brake light? It works fine without it?
What tires do you got on? Where can I get them?
They stock tires with some tyre writing that a mate did
My 1st thought when I seen em!
Do you have to heat the strips before sticking them on ?
is it legal to ride with them? like obviously if u have em flashing its a distraction but if theyre fixed in one color is it still ilegal?

You know when they will be back in stock, because I bought them and have not received any information about the product...?
Hey mate, they should be back in stock this week. Shouldn’t be to long until you get them :)

Not detailed enough. How did you put the blue and red fork things onto the wires?

Awesome vid, those rear indicators are they a custom kit ?
Thanks. The indicators are from NewRageCycles
What did you connect the switch to?
Can you wash the motorcycle with it?
Yes you can. They are waterproof
Can i install this on my yamaha r125
They can be installed on any bike
@@denham.archer thank you 😊
Where does the blue wire go
I’ve been struggling to understand as well!
@@ericborukhov2608Let me know if you find out. I’m still lost about the blue wire.
He mentioned that it goes to the brake wiring so that when you hit your brakes it will illuminate the LEDs red with your brakes
AH I was wondering why you had to connect it, that's a pretty cool feature
Yammie Noob just published a video on how bad this is to do. You may or may not agree. Personally as long as when parked I am fine with it.
Hey what is the app called
Hey bro can u name the underglow company?
there is a link in the description
50 hours explaining what we know already and a focus shot of the the phone instead of the bike😂😆
If you know it already why are you watching it, pretentious cnt
I cant get mine to connect
What device are you trying to connect it too
