  • There are some parts can be shared between WinGun revolvers. That's why the color of the outer layer of gun barrel is different. And you may notice the reason I installed it on my competition revolver - the concept prototype for fiber sights installation on WinGun 7 Series revolvers integrated and adapted to the gun by me.
    Enjoy!

Excellent video! I have exactly this replica (only it's the chromed, all brown grips version) and I just HATE the empty back of the cylinder. Do you think it's possible to change it with a Dan Wesson 715 cylinder?

No, I don't think so. But you can try if you have both guns in your possession. Fitting different cylinders is part of the fun when playing the revolvers.

@@revolverjohn9801Thanks! I don't have a Dan Wesson 715, but there are cylinders for sale.

@josiahhayes4903 The cylinders look quite different, so I wouldn't try to buy a cylinder to fit if I were you. 715 is a different design from 701.

Advise to contact your local retailers about CO2 valve for WG revolvers but do keep in mind that modified the velocity of your toy guns may violate laws of your current location. However, it would be a better idea if you can get your hands on a high-velocity version one from your retailer in its factory status than thinking about to modified one.

I have a problem with mine, it's brand new but the cylinder won't rotate when cocked or when you pull the trigger

    • @revolverjohn9801

If your bolt(connected with the thumb piece) was locked back, you won't be able to pull the trigger and cocked the hammer. If you pushed back the bolt to "S" while the hammer was cocked, you won't be able to pull the trigger or decocked the gun because they were all locked by the bolt. If you push the thumb piece forward (not opening the cylinder) the gun is up and running. The "S" engrave on the gun doesn't mean to lock the cylinder in place, it means to block the trigger and the hammer.
If you can open and close the cylinder, I wondered whether you push the thumb piece to the back after cylinder closed?
      >> I tried to do mind reading from your post and came up with this reply. Sometimes I got my WG from the retailer with the bolt locked to the back(the "S" position) which made the gun inoperable( I believe that the factory treat that "S" mechanism as "safety"). However, if it really was a trigger-hammer-cylinder mechanism failure, consult your retailer for repair, troubleshooting, refund or replacement.
