I think u guys have fitted new tank cap for 800. Old generation have hole in tank cap/seal so that air can pass through it.

Try looking for tanks bleeding valve. I can be around the fuel cap too.
It gets blocked sometimes try repairing it or just put a new fuel cap

Fuel cap may be the problem for the tank issue

There used to be a hole for pressure release in the maruti tank caps. Maybe they replaced it with new ones and thats creating the issue.
One of the main dangers of unvented tanks is the risk of deformity or tank rupture. As fuel is consumed from the tank, a vacuum is created which can cause the tank to collapse.

Fuel tank ke upar Chhote se 2-3 holes kar sakte hai maybe, upar wali side pe, aur tank full se toda Kam bharna sahi rahega

Check the petrol tank cap. Maybe there is some vaccum relief hole jammed during painting. There is a pressure equiliser system in the cap for some vehicles.

Just make a small hole in a flue cap this will hopefully solve your problem try and test it if it works then arrange an original flue cap for it....

Tank ki inlet cap me ek rubber gasket hai... Use nikal do problem solve ho jayega....
Pls check the breather pipe hole and tabk cap hole.. it might b clogged..

The vacuum generation issue is probably due to a blocked canister vent line/fuel return line, or the canister itself being a faulty one.
Fuel filling point has a Breather pipe that allows for the Gases & vaccum to vent.. Check breather pipe & replace filling cap.. mseal won't stay, if vaccum is continuously generated

Raghav Bhai I have noticed the same issue in other vehicle. I reason is vaccum creating inside the fuel tank, remove the oring which is on the fuel cap lid and you cannot see the problem again.
Dear brothers m a big fan of maruti 800,...it wd have been more beautiful if bumpers were original. 😊
