I think the bags are made in China even though the company is based in LA coz when I received the parcel, it says it's shipped from China. I really wanna get a bag from there but lately I’ve been seeing a lot of comments on their Instagram saying that they never got their order after weeks and weeks 😨 also I’m hearing that they use a shady mailing company to ship their items and that also gets in the way of orders never getting to the customer. It’s pretty disappointing. Have you encountered any of these issues and if so how did they respond?
Hi Hope! To my knowledge, I haven't had any issues with missing orders from JW PEI. I believe they ship from China so it did take a little while for my bags to get to New Zealand. But from memory it didn't take longer than a month, more like two weeks or so? I actually got two more bags I'd be reviewing soon and haven't had any issues with those either. But that was about 2-3 months ago. Have you tried messaging them? They have a chat bot on Facebook Messenger and they usually get back to you within a day. Let me know how you go xx

Hi Bunny! I just tested it out and it’ll fit my iPhone X vertically with the top 1/4 of the phone sticking out of the pocket but the opening is not wide enough to fit the phone horizontally. Hope this helps! Let me know how you go 🥰
Yes it is very boxy but I just tried putting my phone in the main compartment and it fits both vertically and horizontally! One good thing about the back pocket is that it’s quite tight, so things don’t fall out easily. 😆

Incredibly frustrated with this brand. Be careful when buying online!!! 😢😤🥺😢 Shoes size incredibly small, far away from market standards. And when returning the shoes that don't fit you, be ready for a Customer Services trying to push you to stay with the shoes that don't fit and you spending your money from your pocket to return the product to US (be extra careful if you are in another country, return fee will have to be paid by you and it will be very expensive)
