My hair breaks and sheds ALOT... I don’t know what to do anymore.
Does it work on all hair types?
Try it and see if it does. Also getting a trim helps if you haven't gotten it for a long time.
My hair breaks less after a trim.

How often do you put it in your hair??
About once every 4~6 weeks. I use a regular deep conditioner in between.

Yes it will work on your hair.. but this is meant to condition your hair and not necessarily grow it (oils will do that better). Your hair is already growing so what this does it condition your hair so it doesn't break off easily and that way you will be able to retain more length.

No, I wouldn't advise that dear.
That's not a protien treatment it is a deep conditioner
