Plastids (Chloroplast structure and functions) along with classification by Dr Sohail

Plastids are pigmented organelles found in plant and algae. It includes chloroplast, leucoplast and chromoplast. The detailed classification of plastids are studied in this lecture. How they are used to store carbs, protein and lipids and what type of plastids are used in is a part of this lecture. The comprehensive structure and functions of chloroplast has been studied in this videos that would definitely helpful for students to learn the basic concepts. Chlorophyll is a main photosynthetic pigment which present in chloroplast after watching this video you will come to know the exact location and functions of chlorophyll in chloroplast. Thylakoid membrane is very basic structure in chloroplast used in photosynthetic process so you will also learn about the detailed functions of thylakoid membrane. The detail of grana and intergrana also provided in this lecture so overall it would be very helpful lectures for student to learn about chloroplast and shine in exams.

Granum is singular and grana is plural so when 25-50 thylakoids pilled one over and form a single granum so more than one granum is made is called grana ...

Thylokoid is a small group of sacs.
And then these sacs attached to form a large building like structure than we called it a Grana.
Grana is made up of thylokoid without thylokoid grana can't be made. Thylokoid is a initial process to made grana.
