This video was made to help you find a way to build a camp in a location that will not let you place a foundation to get your floors and walls started for your build. the specific location used in the video was requested by a subscriber who wanted to see how to build in this location. I am not a hardcore camp build nor am I great at building camps but I do like to share what I have found in hopes to help you guys enjoy the game more.

Is it possible to build ontop of the bridge deck or maybe even below it where the walkway is?

no there is a block you have to be so far away from it to be able to place your camp down
