Mother 3 - Hard Mode Solo Run With Flint - Fight #13: Jealous Bass & Co.

A fight that was far easier than I was expecting it to be, though I only figured out HOW to make it so easy after a failed attempt. It turns out that a Defense-boosted Flint only takes 1 damage per hit from the group jam session, so instead of killing his cronies, I took care of him first. Order of danger is Jealous Bass, Gently Weeping Guitar and then the Beaten Drum. Just don't leave Jealous Bass alone, or else he'll buff up his attack and smoke you. Otherwise, this fight was a cakewalk.
There'll be a couple of bonus fights before our next story one, if memory serves, and one of them is gonna be a doozy...

Funnily enough, this is kind of how it was meant to be (you were meant to have Flint in your party during this chapter, and the Jealous Bass is so difficult because the developers never adjusted the fight's difficulty to account for Flint's absence).
