I believe there should be checks and balances on changing any and all legal documents. Self identification should not be permissible under any circumstance. This is how bad people can easily take advantage of open policy and put not only others but themselves in unfortunate circumstances.
Apparently what James did for the Florida drivers licence is illegal there now so he is liable for prosecution now he's blabbed all over social media . Hopefully some kind person will do the right thing and inform the authorities. Surely they'd want to know someone's flouting the law? I used to be a passport acceptance agent, and sadly you can. Instead of just M and F boxes, there is now a third box called X. All you need is proof of a name change, and the deciding factor is the US Department of State. Although from what it sounds like, this person didn’t put X, but put F from the get go (which I’m sure was somewhat recently). I’ve seen it more with people who are “non binary” which doesn’t make sense. Those descriptors are meant to identify you. What if you get stuck overseas? Or if you’re fleeing the country.. they’re looking for a way to figure out who you are.. and I’ve had a fair share of appointments with minors and their parents happily going along with marking X on the application.

Most women literally know next to nothing about 'fashion' in the same way men don't. They choose a style and copy it, but that 'outfit' is a manic call for nothing. Its a frumpy bouffont dress with a cliche floral pattern, the gogo boots dont compliment any of it and instead clash with the soft pastels and buoyant nature of the dress, and the makeup choice is meant to clearly accentuate a sharper look not one that's southern bellend lackadaisical. 'Fashion' people make styles, and people copy styles they like. It takes talent and a lot of knowledge for compliementry body types to go with the style. This just makes a mockery of that and implies anyone can 'do fashion' just because they are 'a woman'. Across the world there are hundreds of thousands of examples of men attacking women but when women say 'it's about safety' the trans activists deny the possibly that the risk exists that men will fake/claim transition for the purpose of harming women. Or even that transition doesn't change a person's inherent personality and they will continue to pose a risk. If you don't care about the very real risk posed to women, why should others care about possible risks to you?
I think we can see the difference between transpeople and griffters and creeps. Really pisses me off Meanwhile, in Tennessee, where I was born and currently live I pass very well in most instances for a female and have medical paperwork to prove it not to mention I have changed my passport, Social Security records to female and tried to use all that for the DMV along with my doctors letter and they still refuse to change my drivers license because they had my original birth certificate on file which I cannot even change either even if I was able to amend my birth certificate, they still could not change my license to match it if they had the original one on file which makes no sense at all If I wanted to change my drivers license, I would have to through a legal Change, which would involve taking the DMV to court over this and unfortunately I cannot afford since it is super expensive and very hard to do not to mention my hairdresser was actually born a woman in Georgia The hospital accidentally recorded male on her certificate instead of female. By mistake It was hard for her to get a drivers license listing her as a female, and they wouldn’t even give her a male drivers license because she’s a female, and she had to fight the DMV in court in order to get a license because the state of Georgia could not correct her certificate, eventually, she was able to get her birth certificate fixed two years ago with a help from a lawyer which took her many years it’s such a shame that people who actually transition work hard and still can’t get the documents properly updated but then meanwhile, we can have men like James rose Who can’t even properly put on the right foundation on his face pretending to be one of us self identify and get their documents changed And even worse bragging about it on social media how stupid was that?. Across the world there are hundreds of thousands of examples of men attacking women but when women say 'it's about safety' the trans activists deny the possibly that the risk exists that men will fake/claim transition for the purpose of harming women. Or even that transition doesn't change a person's inherent personality and they will continue to pose a risk.
If you don't care about the very real risk posed to women, why should others care about possible risks to you?

I think we can see the difference between transpeople and griffters and creeps. Some of the new "trans movement" is bringing the cause backward and it is important to separate real trans people who feel bad in their gender and wanna change and the creeps. Because otherwise "normal" people, are turning on the whole movement. If you don't say anything then you agree with the likes of Jeff Marsh and such.

Really pisses me off Meanwhile, in Tennessee, where I was born and currently live I pass very well in most instances for a female and have medical paperwork to prove it not to mention I have changed my passport, Social Security records to female and tried to use all that for the DMV along with my doctors letter and they still refuse to change my drivers license because they had my original birth certificate on file which I cannot even change either even if I was able to amend my birth certificate, they still could not change my license to match it if they had the original one on file which makes no sense at all If I wanted to change my drivers license, I would have to through a legal Change, which would involve taking the DMV to court over this and unfortunately I cannot afford since it is super expensive and very hard to do not to mention my hairdresser was actually born a woman in Georgia The hospital accidentally recorded male on her certificate instead of female. By mistake It was hard for her to get a drivers license listing her as a female, and they wouldn’t even give her a male drivers license because she’s a female, and she had to fight the DMV in court in order to get a license because the state of Georgia could not correct her certificate, eventually, she was able to get her birth certificate fixed two years ago with a help from a lawyer which took her many years it’s such a shame that people who actually transition work hard and still can’t get the documents properly updated but then meanwhile, we can have men like James rose Who can’t even properly put on the right foundation on his face pretending to be one of us self identify and get their documents changed And even worse bragging about it on social media how stupid was that?. It is so unfair and now because of them We are now all forced to suffer the consequences
