380 g potatoes
Salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
150 g minced beef
½ onion
70 g carrots
Black pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp water
½ tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp flour
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
100 g carrots
300 g cucumbers
1 small red onion
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
Juice of ¼ lemon
½ tbsp sesame oil
Salt
paprika
1 tbsp sesame seeds
