- In this video I go over 5 reasons why someone might not like the Honda Civic! I love the car personally and think it’s a great daily but this was me forcing 5 things out and also from a tuner perspective!

Thing is the car is light, so it is still fast with only 215hp. People want these civic 1.5 to be like other cars with 400hp ,300hp. Those fast cars weigh 4,000lbs or so , thet need 500hp and up for all the weight of a boat

@@bradmoore9 🤣 I have fk7 I think I've done what you've done to yours. Mine is none sport so it sits even lower. I noticed though when I cut mufflers off it was faster because it stopped that back pressure and put a vibrant resonator on which is not restrictive like stock one car was faster . Then I made the pipes bigger so faster. But I bet if we dyno tuned it car will be more horses. I didn't change downpipe though I didn't want all codes thrown . I got a 3inch front pipe I need to put on. As for the CVT people shouldn't floor it or drive it hard. Like let gears change as they should rather that flooring. But anyways bigger pipes make sound better. I'm going to add race see through resonator for better sound. People always say my car look fast. I detailed painted it red the bra part of the car and put side skirts and lip on it with red outline around the car like the fk8. 🤣. I had pic of it on other page I had. It was like from AutoZone stuff
@@bradmoore9 i may when paid off in some months I may try change stock internals and put a motec on the motor it's like a performance or turbo kit. If you put it in on UA-cam 11sec civic you'll see this guy video he has a motec changed stock internals he's pushing 450hp on his fk7
@@BibleExpert7-h7r yeah they’re definitely fun to throw a lil at but the CVT does make me nervous why I haven’t tuned yet
@@bradmoore9 me too, but that's why I don't go over the time the CVT fluid should be changed every 30k

This same car one year ago in a dealership near me used with 14k miles, no accidents was $24,999 now there was one near me that had 27k miles no accidents for $28,999. These are the cheapest ones as well in my area. Honda civics are just to much money now and not worth it because for that same price I can go and get a used accord 2019 2.0t with 30k-40k mileage for the same price. These civics really should be 20k-24k max.
