Which colour do you prefer? 🤔
white fits good the the roof colour
White for the deadlocks. It matches the roof.
white
White
White. Skadi looks great, well done. Can't wait to see the new roof and interior.
The white stands out really pops and helps break up the colours shes a real eye turner love it
Thank you so much David for watching and commenting every week, much appreciated!
Blue is more classy in my opinion! The Volvo looks awesome!
Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to comment!
Awesome wheel and tyre combination, the White bead-lockers looks amazing absolutely the right choice. Keep up the great work guys. 👍😎
Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to comment!
Just what a beautiful transformation especially now with the new wheels and tires, Skadi is a great choice.
Can’t wait to see the next project on Skadi. I am especially looking forward to seeing the new engine and camper interior 🤗
Thank you so much for following along! Stay tuned for the start of the pop top roof project next week :)
Glad you kept the body side moldings in wood, they look great. The lock-rings in white give "Skaði" that classy girl look❤😊
She's really looking awsome.
Can't wait to see
"Little Man" behind the wheel getting some mud on Skaði 😊
Cheers from Miami
Lou
Thank you so much Lou for following along and for all your comments, it means a lot!
All I have to say is that is the scariest Volvo I have ever seen. Looks really good.
We'll take that as a compliment! Thank you for watching :)
Love the white. Bookends with the white roof. Looks like a real wlderness beast now.
Wilderness beast, I like that. Thanks for following along!
I love you! Been living in Malmö for a couple of years! Know where you are working. The pronounciation of Göteborg was EXCELLENT!!!!!!! ♥
Wow - looking good in the new shoes!!!! All grown up in the high heels! A real head turner for sure.
Thank you Andre for the nice comment, much appreciated!
I like both. The grey/blue looks a more serious the white with the white roof is more Fun …. I like the idea of running with both!! Well done guys just brilliant build so far and you 4 are just a wonderful family !!
Dropping in again. I love this channel. I've been building on an LMTV for a while now. That's how I originally got to watch your channel. I only wish we had rigs like this in the US or I'd build on one of them. Keep killen it, Keep making awesome videos and we'll live vicariously. Respectfully Tyler from Utah in the US.
FantasticTgb restoration/transformation I must say. What a badass beast it turned out to..
I’m happy you had a Family getaway, it was much needed ☺️ Awesome work on the wheels and tires..blue grey my preferance and Skadi will make heads turn 🙌🤩💛💛💛
wow guys this is looking amazing , i like the blue
Looks amazing. Looking forward to the memories you will create in Scadi
Love those side walls and white beads. Great project..see you in Sahara
Looks amazing guys! Super cool. I was always a fan of the black rims. The blue/grey beadlocks look best. The white look fine too but over time won’t look as nice.
As always great work, glad to see you every week with your progress. White rims, the contrast is very nice.
Thank you so much for following along! Stay tuned for the start of the pop top roof project next week :)
Couleur carrosserie , gris bleu , sans hésiter !
Le camion à une super gueule ; bravo .
The transformation of this thing is out of control insane.. have a 73 bronco and a 77fj40.. don’t know anything about these 6x6s but damn that thing looks rowdy
Thanks a lot for the nice comment! We are stoked with how she looks now :)
You got all the best of 4X4...... The Bronco is it 289 cub?
@@rvarsigfusson6163 it’s a 73 with a 302… she needs ALOT of work… I do have a 351 off in the corner of the garage.. but we a long way away from that.
@@dkhoupt7205 As I remember the 289 was until 73-74 and maybe you have the early one with the 302. Are you going to keep the blades in rear or make a change. Some early duds did have the blades in rear and spiral from a small japan car also...... That is a dream car you have.... its getting quiet few for sale in last years. How is it to have body parts.....
@@rvarsigfusson6163 I’m not certain that the 302 is original to the bronco.. I purchased it out of Louisiana, based on some of the fab skills and way it was set up when I got it, thinking they used it for mud racing.. the body is currently literally cut in half sitting on the frame.. ALOT of welding to do on the floor and inner kickers that support the cowl firewall and dash..
Definitely blue it blends in the colors nice the white will pop out too much by already having the roof and head lights white but definitely the project is looking so amazing
Skadi is looking awesome. The blue-grey trim is my choice 😂
Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to comment Joseph!
Blue looks soooo good.
That's a mean girl with those fat tires ^^ Good job guys :)
DEFINATELY BLUE!
You mean white?
No Blue 😂😂@@TheOutFit
@@mozki1team Ange!
Nice work. Looks like a beast! There are more off-road tracks in Sweden than other northern eu countries. Check out the trans euro trail. Mainly for adventure bikes, but plenty of 4x4s use it. The balkans (and beyond) is the best.
Awesome work guys, blue bead locks for the win 👍
It's navy blue, it's a beast with those tyres coming togeather nicely
Now that looks capable of anything 👏👏👏
She is offroad ready! Thank you for watching and commenting :)
I prefer the white bead lock. It is an awesome looking vehicle, you have done an amazing job. Can’t wait to see it rock crawling in the USA and if it ever makes it to AUS
Thank you so much for the nice comment and for subscribing!
Wow, the ash strips and white bead lockers really make it pop, well done
Cheers
Ian
Thank you Ian for your nice feedback, glad to hear you like it as much as we do!
I really like the white bead locks. Look like white side-walls.
New shoes! Wow the difference is remarkable. Good one.
New boots but ...they are going to be noisy and add to your fuel consumption by probably as much as 5-10 % ... The road noise and response is going to be the biggest bug.. for the amount of off road driving you will do through much of Europe...though the climate is turning things into an unseasonal mess.
wow what a mean looking machine, bravo a job very well done ……. I am exited to see what the interior will look like , congrats from Switzerland
Definitely white bead lockers. I would colour code the Jerry can with the truck. Beast of a machine really
Like what your doing with the Volvo 👍🏻👍🏻
What a bloody weapon
Thanks for watching!
Enjoying the content 👍🏻 couple of observations the tyres project outside the bodywork and it will result in dirt/mud spraying along the side of your truck. Wheel arch ‘eyebrows’ like you see on old defenders will help reduce this.
From a legality perspective some countries won’t allow tyres that project outside the bodywork. Doubt you’d ever get stopped but worth knowing.
This thing is tough.
Looks amazing. 🤙
Got exact same tires on my Triton in Thailand. Be aware when you park the truck for longer than 24hrs in a warmer climate, they will flatspot and take 10min of driving for the vibrations to go away.
Blue for me👍 Nice job guys!!
You have done a fantastic Job.
That's very nice to hear, thanks for watching!
You both made me - in a positive way - speechless 😶
And the wooden ash tree on the sides makes Skaði stands out 🤩
Looking forward to the next step in the transformation ✊
Maaaaaan that's a badass Volvo, fantastic. Blue is better but white on one side and blue on the other is great.
Glad yo hear you like it as much as we do! Thank you for following along :)
Wow looking so good guys, well done! Think I’m going with team blue bead lockers.
Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to comment!
Very nice job !!! It's a fantastic vehicle !!! 👍👍👍 😁😁😁
been here since the first vid 🙋🏼♀️. i was influenced to buy a wrangler too haha 😎
Really nice to see you again and that your camper project process positively.
Love you content. Keep up the good work. and I love the white on the rims really pops nice.
Thank you so much for following along! Stay tuned for the start of the pop top roof project next week :)
i like the blue more. it's looks more massive.
Great work! Guessing a poptop in that massive package.
Have you considered going to Iceland? Skadi would be perfect there. It is possible to go from Denmark via Faroe Islands to Iceland. It is truly a special place to visit. Nature is amazing!
Blue/gray for sure
With a bigger spare tire it will mean you are putting more weight on the rear door hinges. I don’t know about the TGV, but with Defenders it was a real problem weakening hinges, causing squeaking and causing the door to be very heavy to open.
Leave blue grey one side white the other. Looks great either way.
What a unit! Looks badass
Blue! Looks sick!
Love the blue!
The white locks pop. You’re going to need wheel arch extensions, the tires being out past the body will be an issue in many places.
Awesome wheels and tires!
absolutely the Bluegray … 😎👍🏼
Blue for sure
Fantastycznie wyglada , ta biała ramka pasuje do dachu
Blue grey looks the best
Fantastic episode as usual, looks fantastic in white, sorry Ange.
Very applicable name too.
Keep up the awesome work.
Great to see you guy's taking a break and getting out
Thank you Sean as always for taking the time to comment, we really appreciate your long-time following :)
@@TheOutFit for the content you produce, it is my pleasure
Awesome video again! Looking great! I can't wait to see how you install the fan from Gerald as I have his fan set up also but have not installed it yet. cheers,
OMG!! That looks sick!!❤
Thanks for watching!
Love the name and the white color for the wheels fits with the history of Skodi, snow and white dog
She is looking epic.
Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to comment Grahame!
Dark bronze would look sick
BEAST👍👍👍
Thanks for watching Stephen!
Wow, the new shoes give it a very aggressive look. Well done!
Personally prefer the contrasting white bead locks that match the top. But to each their own.
She is badass! Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to comment :)
II just came across your channel. I really like your content and these types of builds. From Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
The troop transport truck you showed is the one we used when I was in the army.
2 benches in the back for troops.
There was a heating system for the troops.
A roof hatch where one guy could stand with a machine gun to protect from air attack or at least warn the rest of the guys.
If I remember correctly we had 2 of these trucks and one band wagon per pluton.
Amazing ! Greetings from Portugal
Looks great! Been following early on since the JK days. Keep rolling!
You're a legend Chris, thank you so much for watching for so long! We'll have to meet up in the States :)
Looking good.
Blue. Looks so much better.
Spar Urethane is commonly used on sailboat decks, would hold up well for your exterior wood trim
Awesome build series, blue grey in my opinion for the beadlocks.....either way the Volvo is a mean machine 👍🏼
Looks brutal ! !
Thanks for watching!
Really cool video guys!!! Rig looks great!! Keep those videos coming!! vr, Shannon
Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to comment Shannon!
Love the video and montages, the build is looking wicked and I’m spewing we can’t see it here in Aus, the dual colour wheels is a great idea it give you a whole different look on either side of the TGB. I’m a huge timber fan in builds and those rails look the part 🙌🏼
Much love from @trippingonoz
Can’t wait for you next video 🫡❤️
once again... cool video... carry on and have fun (y)
your volvo looks great the both of you are doing a great job on the mods
Looking amazing guys, I would go the white bead locks, contrasts with the roof.
nice job mate !
That's a really cool name. And blue all the way, that looks so sweet. The white goes with the roof though, and if you put a few other white touches somewhere along the sides... then maybe white?
White every day! looks awesome.
Thanks Brett, first one to comment 🤙
Wow if it can’t get there it can’t be done! Nice
We'll I like them both. I think it's most important that it reflects you two. Honestly id keep each side different.
Excellent workmanship 💯 Looks very fierce with new tires 💯
Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to comment!
Good job !!!
Thank you so much for watching and subscribing!
It's ❤ Wicked. It will take you guys everywhere. No worries! Please visit Eksjö if you do a tour thru Sweden 🇸🇪❤ before moving on
We'll add it to the list! Thank you so much for watching :)
Go with the white. It offsets the roof quite nicely.
I much prefer the white for the bead lock!
Blue. Love the build.
The whole thing looks awesome - but definitly blue wheels
Looking good, now off to the North Cape in Winter, Scotland, the Pyrenees and Iceland. The balkans offer some great offroading and also on some alpine passes as well 🎉 will be good fun with Skaði
Better than when built 😃😃😃
Excelente trabajo
