The deciding factor in this game is that Virginia guards CAN'T play defense to save their lives....yes they can score and pass but on defense they're absolutely useless and they cant rebound when their bigs go for blocks. smh
Also, #30 on the Furman team needs to Transfer to a power house school next season...he has NBA skills.

He also could have tried to throw the ball to the leg of any of trapping him Furman’ s player. Instead he chose the most ridiculous attempt to throw ball to nowhere. The silly move got punished. Even nicer when you stop to think that this is the highlight of most of these kids basketball lives playing for Furman.
They just do know....
Great call by the Furman coach to trap the ballhandler on that last play. Virginia doesn’t like playing fast so they are not used to being sped up like that great scouting lead to a turnover and the game winner.
Also a terrible call by UVAs coach to not call a timeout there imo

Furman was just the better team. Furman is really deep and can do a lot of damage to a lot of teams. Their guard play is elite !!! And they got great wings . They a little undersized but play together and they dont give up. Love to see it.

Clark has been a faithful servant to the school since forever and me personally, I appreciate all he has done for UVA. He is prone to making mistakes and especially at that point of the game , it was a very significant mistake. But I wouldn't condone bashing. He has been faithful and the ultimate team player. I'm sure his coach is proud of him.
@@spencergray9315 overall, Furman was just the better side. They passed the ball quicker and found gaps but UVA has some NBA level players mehn. I'm proud of Kihei Clark. Hes solid and most of the UVA players are making the NBA anyway.
Personally, Beekman would have to step up his guard play, hes steady but a tad bit slow. The ball movement is what hurt UVA . I wouldn't blame Kihei as much. If anything, hes been a faithful servant and always delivered when called upon.

His 1-2-3 in his mind is way faster than the actual clock. Should have thrown the ball much higher but that's all second guessing now. Furman made some very bad plays the last 2 mins turning ball over. Furman should have won anyway truthfully
