What's hurting the gaming industry is gaming companies who push drm,games as a service, pay to play etc...stuff nobody asked for but also it's the fault of the gamers who don't boycott these game companies games that practice all these marketing practices. so these game companies assume gamers are ok with all these marketing practices and continue to support them in just about every game developed and published.

They will most likely announce it a week or so before. They tend not to give a big notice and there's no E3 this year so they will most likely wait until it's closer.

One thing they intentionally neglected to say was how many people would rather play with Miis than the new sport chatacters. It's over 80% for miis. Miis are so much better. Why didn't you say the result???

It kind of makes me infuraites that people are so nostalgic. Look, im almost 40 i dont care about the miis lol, why do people feel so nostalgic for them? theyre outdated looking compared to now of course. The miis were cool for a while tho..but i really dont get the nostalgia for them. I'm not attached to them at all🤔.
At one point 'nostalgia' used to be considered a mental illness sometimes i wish they would go back to having that opinion. Also, 80 percent is probably not as big as it may seem.

Agreed, I wish Miis were the entire focus in this game but with a Mii editor like in Miitopia. The possibilities for matchups would be endless if they did that. But congrats to anyone who enjoys this game.

Everyone is complaining about the miis but didn’t they add them as a second option for character design? (Correct me if I’m wrong) and if so,so what if they are not the “full focus” for character design. It’s 2022 and they are outdated. I’m not saying that you can’t have nostalgia if it because I do too! But don’t just make that your main focus because that’s not the whole entire point of the game.
This is just my opinion.
