Honolulu by night, Oahu - Hawaii | 4K drone footage

Honolulu, on the island of Oahu’s south shore, is capital of Hawaii and gateway to the U.S. island chain. The Waikiki neighborhood is its center for dining, nightlife and shopping, famed for its iconic crescent beach backed by palms and high-rise hotels, with volcanic Diamond Head crater looming in the distance. Sites relating to the World War II attack on Pearl Harbor include the USS Arizona Memorial. Here is a night drone footage of the biggest Hawaiian city.

I'm visiting Hawaii in a few months and bringing my drone. What rating or permit do I need to in order to fly my drone at night like you've done?

If you are new to night flying, I do not recommend it nor encourage it.

​@@PrimoMediaI night fly often here in Australia. I'm more interested in the legal side of flying at night in Hawaii. I don't want to get in trouble with law enforcement or the FAA. Do you need a permit to fly at night? Cheers.

@Dainus77 Waikiki area is clear to fly. You will need LAANC AUTHORISATION to fly closer to downtown due to airport restrictions.
