Turn on the V-Sync on NFSU2, for some reason when the V-Sync is off, the gear change is too slow

Underground 2 has a lot of issues related to higher framerate on new PCs, by the way. Particle effects (like rain) and flickering after resetting the car are broken without Vertical Sync. Same for the rev-matching on manual gearbox. I had a strange issue, when the engine went to like 5-6k RPM and then - the needle didn't go further normally, but slowly went up further. VERY slowly, until it hit the limiter. And, in drifting events, my cars were acting like they were losing power while sliding. Switching some V-Sync-related things in NVidia panel fixed all the problems.

It wasn't a console DLC it was for every platform I had on PC and I remember it well due to a Noise Bomb drift event being there for a track day.
