Can An existing Modbus Points list be added instead instead of adding each Modbus point individually? Would It need to be in a specific CSV format?

The MGate 5217 provides Modbus Configuration Import/Export feature. On a large scale, you may connect lots of Modbus devices, which have to configure lots of Modbus commands to get data. The MGate provides the Master Configuration Import/Export feature, which helps you easily edit massive Modbus commands through Excel to save configuration time. To get the template, just click Export to download the comma-separated values (CSV) file on your computer.

Am I right to assume, If I have two slave Modbus device running on RTU and one running using TCP and I can't access them both at the same time from same MGate ? I need 2 MGATE?

Unfortunately, for the protocol conversion to Modbus you must choose Modbus RTU OR Modbus TCP since it is not capable of doing both at the exact same time. You would need to use two MGate 5217’s in order to convert from BACnet to Modbus RTU and BACnet to Modbus TCP.
