Hi there how are you doing. I have been watching your underwater freediving videos that you do in the pool. How deep is the pool you do freediving in? I also just wanted to let you know that that you look awesome underwater with your bathing cap and scuba goggles on. How long can you hold your breath for underwater.? I also wear a bathing cap and scuba goggles when i practice freediving underwater at my pool. Most times i wear swimming goggles as well with a nose clip. Next time when you do a underwater freediving video in your pool try wearing swimming goggles with a nose clip with your bathing cap. and also i did see a airpocket on the top of your bathing cap when you were underwater in your video.
Hi how are you. In Queensland Australia where I live I went to a aquatic Centre at a place called the Gold coast in Southport Australia. They also have a 5 metre deep diving pool and when I was practicing freediving and breath holding underwater at the bottom of the pool I saw some people doing some scuba diving also. I timed myself and I held my breath for nearly 2 minutes underwater while I was watching the scuba divers.@@TingnoyMo

That's what I thought and they were female scuba divers by the way and there was 4 female scuba divers and they were wearing bathing caps as well. 1 scuba instructor and 3 learning to scuba dive. The female scuba instructor let me breath off her regulator and it was awesome to do that and then she put hand on the top of my bathing cap while I was underwater and told me I had a airpocket on the top of my bathing cap.

The pool is about 5 meters deep and I could hold my breath for about 3 minutes.☺️
