Ban on UK Fixed Blades Coming? Update 2023

Most of you will be aware that "zombie knives" became illegal to possess, buy or sell during the last government cull on bladed items in the UK. Many would say deservedly so as these blades were terrible quality and found use in the hands of gangs and petty criminals. The ban was somewhat bizarre as it regulated the blades by colour and marking which of course simply prompted manufacturers and the gangs to switch to models in standard colouration.
Now a new consultation has been released in 2023 which seeks to further legislate large fixed blades and may see tools with honest legal use fall foul. check out the video to see which knives the government is looking to restrict and why?
