They are part of the future of Broadway-at least eight members of the cast are making their Broadway debut with this show. The show itself is visually stunning and very well done. You have insanely talented dancers and singers performing a feel-good show in a time where we need something about which to feel good. I was a fan of the film and am an even bigger fan of the show.

Yesterday I had the honor of participating in a day of learning from Ben Fankhauser with my theatre departments cast for newsies. He’s so brilliant yet kind and enthusiastic!
At Kara’s part for “what’s your newsies headline” you can tell she’s worked up, you can tell she is possibly about the cry because as she said it’s a dream come true. I want nothing more to be able to do a cast recording, Broadway is my Santa Fe and I need to seize the day in order to watch what happens (I had to put those title in ok!😂)
The cast seem like they have been having lots of fun singing their music for the world to hear as much as they performed it every night! Also, congrats Ephraim Sykes on playing Seaweed last December in Hairspray LIVE.
Everyone should see this show! I saw it last week and it was amazing! The dancing and singing was incredible!!!! I also had orchestra seats which made it even better!
