Scene after 2 killed, including a construction worker, in crash on Capitol Drive near in Pewaukee

A 49-year-old man driving a pickup truck collided with one vehicle, killing its driver, and struck two road workers, one who later died, in a busy construction zone on Capitol Drive near Pewaukee Road on Wednesday morning.
Jade M. Moen will face seven felony charges, including two reckless homicide counts.
The Menomonee Falls man allegedly drove despite having lost his license due to his known history of epileptic seizures, one of which may have caused him to black out as he entered the construction zone.
