Yes, you can get there by public transportation. The Onouchi Valley Icicles and Misotsuchi Icicle, you will get bus at Seibu-chihibu sta. but It is difficult because There aren't many buses or trains on this route. To get Icicle of Ashigakubo is easy. Just Ashigakubo sta (Seibu Line) nearby.
Those ice formations looks like chandeliers, so beautiful. Thank you for sharing this video
秩父は何回か訪れた事がありますが、この様な絶景が見られるとは知りませんでした。自然の驚異ですね！場所によって氷柱の形も違うので見ごたえがあります。ライトアップされると余りにも神秘的で心打たれる景色です。素晴らしい!!
