As an international student from India studying in New Zealand, I have encountered a number of challenges and problems that have made my experience here less than ideal. One of the biggest issues I've faced is dealing with cultural differences and language barriers. While New Zealand is a welcoming country that strives to be inclusive of all people, there are still certain aspects of daily life, such as slang, accents, and customs, that can be difficult to understand and navigate. This has sometimes led to misunderstandings or miscommunications with classmates or professors, which can be frustrating and isolating.
A related issue that I have faced is the difficulty of finding suitable housing in New Zealand. Many landlords and property managers are hesitant to rent to international students, either because they worry about non-payment of rent or because they think we might be unreliable or disruptive tenants. Additionally, even if one does manage to secure a place to live, it can often be cramped, noisy, or far away from campus, which can negatively impact one's ability to focus on schoolwork and participate in extracurricular activities.
Finally, another problem that I have encountered as an international student from India is the feeling of homesickness and culture shock. Being far away from family and friends, and trying to adjust to a new way of life and different social norms and expectations, can be overwhelming and disorienting. At times it can be tempting to retreat into one's own culture and avoid engaging with others, but this can ultimately hinder one's growth and development as a person.
Mental health is an important aspect of overall well-being and staying strong mentally can help individuals handle life's challenges with resilience and strength.
1. Practice self-care: Make time for activities that you enjoy and that help you relax, such as meditation, exercise, or spending time in nature.
2. Build a support system: Having a network of supportive friends and family members can provide emotional support and help you feel less isolated.
3. Seek professional help: If you are struggling with mental health challenges, seeking professional help from a therapist or counselor can be beneficial.
4. Practice positive thinking: Focusing on positive thoughts and affirmations can help shift your mindset towards optimism and hope.
5. Take breaks when needed: It's important to take breaks when you need them, whether that means taking a day off work or disconnecting from social media for a while.
Overall, prioritizing mental health and staying strong mentally requires intentional effort and self-care practices.
Mental health is an important aspect of overall well-being and staying strong mentally can help individuals handle life's challenges with resilience and strength. Some tips for maintaining good mental health and staying strong include:

Yup 👍🏼
@@ragamuffinshiv generally can u tell me how long does it take for students to pay off?
Depends on your spending habits , 3/4 years generally
Should we do any additional course to get a job in construction industry after doing construction management program of 1
year..
Pmp, prince 2
@@ragamuffinshiv is it mandatory? Or can we land up in some job in construction as we would have only 1 year of post study work visa!?
Nothing’s mandatory
Hi brother, very nice video. Average in how many days or months student can get part time job in Aukland? Pls guide brother.
Depends , ppl find it in first week , depends on what work you want .
@ragamuffinshiv thanks for ur reply brother. If ready to do any odd job then maximum in 2 months can i get part time job? Asking becaz i am coming with only 3 months of expenses with me.

What is the scop of IT field in NZ?
Great 👍🏼
Bro students earn monthly
Depends
20 hours with 25 per hour could mean 500 a week during studies , during holidays 40 hours on same pay rate is 1000 a week then tax deductions .
what are the chances of getting PR after studying masters of business management level 9 ??
pls reply
The make and break factor always is the job offer to complete the points , if you get the complying job offer it’s certain you will get PR
@@ragamuffinshiv but i have heard from many people here in auckland that you should have skill worker job or job from green list than only you can apply for PR or then only you will get the points if you are working in skill worker job.
@@GurpreetSingh-dm6kk correct so you are applying under skill shortage or green list . For business jobs look for jobs which are advertised within skill shortage profiles that can be matched with your studies , previous experience etc

can i pay my tution fee?
If you work really really hard you can but very hard
@@ragamuffinshiv and bro i want toask by doing legally work hard can i pay my tutuion fee and second can i go to austrlia after doing my minmum two semester in new zealand and plz tell me your suggestion should i come for bachelor degree or not.
@@ragamuffinshiv and bro plz tell me can i do uber eats as a student.
You can only work 20 hours a well legally as a student , with expenses it’ll be really hard for you to cover your fee , is it uni or college depends on how much the fee is too? But you can’t save more than 200/300 a week even if you get a high paying student job , in semester breaks you can work full time . You can go to Australia on a work visa , don’t think nz student visa is transferable or anything like that . Only benefits between Australia and nz come after nz citizenship .
Yes a lot of students do uber eats , bachelors degrees are always expensive and long , so yeah I only chose to study abroad for post grad , that’s my opinion .
Bhai aap konse year me aaye the nz

@@ragamuffinshiv help chahiye aap ki guide me plz bhai
I’d say avoid and do the legal stuff , ample of ways to make money . Long term focus karke chalo 🫡
