How do those filler blocks deal with sagging moments? Surely a 2-inch topping can't totally redistribute the moments from a floor loaded at 40 psf. I have always preferred Spancrete.
They add a steel mesh over the beams and blocks and after they poor concrete

Maestro en mi casa hicimos una losa con vigas tipo doble "T" y cuando una persona camina encima parece que la casa se fuera a caer encima de uno, cual podría ser la razón de esta situación gracias por tu respuesta

El peso de el techo y la distancia que recorren las vigas T de pared a pared.
Una solución sería agregarle una viga de concreto reforzado con sus respectivas bases al centro de la sala o las áreas donde haya más flexibilidad en el techo (En forma opuesta a la dirección de las vigas T).
Por ejemplo en un techo de 4 metros cuadrados antes de poner las vigas T haría una viga de concreto en el centro respetando la altura de las paredes y sobre esa viga y las paredes apoyaría la estructura del techo.
Créeme que tu problema tiene solución solo que ahora es un poquito más complicado hacer la viga con el techo ya terminado.

La rigidez escasa de la losa , seguro tenés una losa con una distancia entre apoyos o sea vigas
Grande y una capa de compresión chica. Vibra la losa por ello.

It's not durable! It's very dangerous especially if there's earthquake.

it's not finish, after this step you need to to add reinforcement and then pour a Concrete Slabs
