Excellent interview. Pl also watch this and share. ua-cam.com/video/PRR9EPNUUJw/v-deo.html. My father, Professor Shanti Swarup, a freedom fighter died at 96 in March 2020. He made two videos before his death. Pl also see comments by my husband Jim Howland which further delineate my father's views. This will be useful material I believe for our struggle. ua-cam.com/video/OMjEzJ1JgZ0/v-deo.html. I also suggest an interview with Prof Rajmohan Gandhi ( Gandhi's grandson) and Mr Karan Singh who are still alive and can tell the truth about so many things pertaining to the correct moral choices about our social contract and so on. Btw, both my husband and I are also political scientists. Thanks for your time.

Most interviews will give you knowledge but it's very rare when you learn something beyond the realms of accumulating knowledge. A spiritual man always have good sense of humour and understanding of themselves. A learned man only says he don't know. Things doesn't happen according to them. Law is the bare minimum ethics that is required for a civilization to be stable. Yes as a human being you must know what is right and wrong. We do know. Sometimes we do wrong because we are human but one must strive to be the civilized one. What a man !!!!! Thank you The Wire.

Scenario changed over the 175 years since Chartered High Courts were established with State's role changing with Police State transforming to Welfare State.
With the advent of Administrative Law, some of the State's actions which needed to be examined as to validity did not fall in the domain of Civil Court requiring procedure ordained by CPC but simple one to examine legality.
Similarly certain types of disputes of standard nature like dispute between Borrower and Banks did not require Civil Court following CPC to decide when the dispute is of routine nature.
Tribunals emerged in the above background.
Tribunals' role and utility cannot be assessed from the perspective of Civil Court and it's functioning.
