  • Sooji Puri
    250 gm - Sooji ( Any ) 2 Cup
    1/3 Cup - Maida
    1 tsp - Salt
    Pinch - Turmeric Powder
    1/4 Cup - Ghee Melted
    Mix With Hand
    1/2 Cup - Luke Warm Water
    Make a Hard Dough
    Note - Adjust Water as per requirement - We have Used Water Less than 1/2 Cup
    Rest Dough For 1/2 n Hour
    Knead Properly and Roll it ,then make a 3 Part and Keep 2 part , under the wet cloth
    Take a One Part of Dough , again Knead and Roll it and Cut into Small balls and Make a thick Puri and press with finger in between or Prick it
    Fry in hot oil and Once Puri float then keep flame Slow and Fry till golden
