Suvari ( સુંવાળી ) | Teatime Snack Recipe | Chetna Patel Recipes

Suvari
Take a Pan and add.
1/2 Cup - Milk
1/4 Cup - Water
1/4 Cup + 2 tbsp - Sugar
Mix and Melt the Sugar and Switch off the flame.
And Let Cool Completely
Take a Bowl and add.
1+1/2 Cup - Maida
1 tbsp - White Sesame Seeds (Til)
1 tsp - Cardamom Powder
4 tbsp - Melted Ghee
Knead Dough with Using Above Milk and Make a Soft Dough
Give Rest for 10 min.
Make small balls and Roll Puri and Let Little Dry from Upper Side
fry till light Golden and Crisp in Low Flame
