Practice the following:

Classic Doom was the beginning without that we wouldn't have this now and so I thank the designers for their time , work , and efforts to making games like this .

Your equipments are interchangeable, meaning one’s recharge tine doesn’t affect the other. You can quickly freeze demons then switch to the grenade then explode them.

I haven't done high end PC gaming in like 10 years....but with Covid-19 sending us all home, I took my regular Nvidia card I was using to drive 4 monitors at home out and bought a 5700xt to drive a single 27 inch that I got just for this. I really suck at gaming, I won't lie. Things have changed so much (but all for the better). After dying repeatedly for the first several hours trying to get used to the keyboard and mouse controls, I now have somewhat of a decent grasp on Doom Eternal.....I can only imagine that this game is separating the boys from the men in the gaming community, lol.

Also the hilarious timeline that William 'Bj' Blazkowicz is the grandfather of Billy Blazkowicz who is the grandfather of Stan Blazkowicz who is the original doomguy who ended up becoming the doomslayer! It's a tribute to a monster that his grandfather faced down as a child! A monster that threatened to eat him alive!

I've got this on normal difficulty and cannot get passed this first bit!
I prefer this dude’s play through than most others I’ve seen, definitely a lot more skilled and less annoying
By less annoying I mean that he doesn’t retrace to places he’s been to that have been cleared for no reason at all
