I wouldn’t use a holesaw especially at that speed. All the little shrapnel is very hot and can sometimes damage the paint. You see it on steel roofs a lot.
I'd say it would be a messy personally but I may be wrong! when I was cutting on the inside I found you had to fight it where you wanted it to go, the tin snips do a really good job nice and sharp and was easily controlled and did get a very good Finnish. Hope this helps 🤞

Do you reckon the air hack saw would be any good to cut the snorkel hole in the guard or a bit messy?
