Bendon’s gettin’ a little bent outta shape! I love it! Gotta remember, most of these armchair mechanics couldn’t trouble shoot a light that’s not working! If it’s not something obvious like a bulb, fuse or broken wire, they’re lost. Give them a problem with voltage drop, or a bad ground and they just give up.

Torque test channel is a good channel for that, they built a dyno and shit for it, and they have a list of all of it too, if this isnt enough for them then recommend them that

The only ones that cry about torque values are the ones that never pulled a wrench ,I work with heavy equipment and that Milwaukee impact is incredible for what it can do . And for taking off wheel nuts on semi trucks on the road when you don't have air tools this thing is amazing .They are a bit pricey but worth it .

Ive had the same Snapon 3/8, 1/2 impacts and same batteries for 8 years. Still work flawless and hold a great charge. Never would have thought they would last this long.

I'll agree that snap on puts out more power, but it can't be used in the rain without frying it. And price for price Milwaukee gets my business every time

You don't go by torque. You just count how many ugga duggas.
Always tighten till the bolt snaps and then back off 1/4 turn.

My 2 biggest complaint with battery powered tools such as nut runners (cordless ratchet) and impact guns is Batteries always seem to die at the most inconvenient time, as well as they are a consumable item i.e. They need to be replaced after x amount of time/recharge cycles and that the motors in these tools wear rather quickly and loose strength. Don’t get wrong when I ran service calls I liked there convenience but in a shop setting I much preferred my air tools which range in age between 5 to 50 years old. That said if you like them use them but just be aware that they are far more expensive than air tools

I use 3rd setting with a torque bar so I don't go past 475 on my lug nuts. Then I check with torque wrench and haven't had any move at 475 on wrench. Got tired of replacing studs stripped out by over zealous tire guys.

Setting 2 with a torque limiting extension comes in under the rating. Setting 3 pushes past it. I use number 2 with the stick followed by a torque wrench. (though the biggest things I see are only 3500 duallys)

That’s a lot higher then I thought it was on the first setting. I had a jaguar complain that I over torqued his lug nuts. The shop had trouble getting them off. I used the first and second setting. When the complaint came in. I said I could of the gun does have a lot of torque. But if it’s a one of two Jaguars in the province I have to question why he took it to Costco. When it had a full size matching rim for the spare. All he has to do was fix the flat tire and put it back in the trunk. Now I used torque sticks. 65 pounds first tighten then drop the vehicle and do the final. My sticks go up to 150 pounds. I also purchased the cover for mine cause it’s in my bag or outdoors with me.

No bolts or nuts can resist the impact.
The insider had to go in for warranty after 30 days of use. They said the spine service assembly, and the yolk service assembly were worn. I paid less for the impact and it eats.

like 200 300 400 and see if she gives then loosen and do 150 250 350 450 and she where she gives
the torque wrench is the best tool for the job and you know your job
and 400 is where im at go big and deep
great job on not loosening it to see where she is at at loosing torque is less then tightening : )
