Vanessa was great for opening up, her voice brought me joy. I enjoy the silent prayer, however I am confused with the idea of silence vs positive affirmative thoughts
At first I cringed. Then I saw she is just excited, and apparently very excitable. Then I had a vision of a hummingbird or a fly. It moves with tremendous speed but absolutely zero momentum. Then I thought of how adorable that is, and I saw there is no reason to be disgusted. This girl raised demons with that opening. She didn't even mean to. That's amazing. Edit: To your question: Silence is observation. Positive affirmation thoughts is a blind dismissal of negative thoughts where "negativity" might be a good pointer. Perhaps your negative thoughts deserve your attention, so face them.
Something I realized is that every time I have a worry, concern,conflict and I ask god for help with it, I see that I already know the answer and if I'm humble enough, I see that it's already in me and there is no reason to ask for anything
Us human beings really need to humble ourselves is what I learned this week. We are so ego filled and wicked it's not funny, and then we play victim when we are perpetrators
Like Jesse said and what I have experience in my life is it's best to sit in that pain and trust God. God will let you see all is well. Trust been there and in the end all is well. It all begins with a thought.
