You did amazing by explaining and drawing. I like that you googled pictures and we can see the mutations! Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge
ua-cam.com/video/cz0BsVWNqC4/v-deo.html i have a king cocktail you can say it a yellow cocktail. male is yellow female is cream. and after 2 year i got one baby of yellow and its a rare mutation in the world.
Very interesting and awesome video! I’m only about 25 min or so at the moment but I’m enjoying learning about this stuff. It would be too hard for me to choose a favorite mutation though, they’re all so adorable! I love every kind of tiel 🥰

Thanks for making such an informative video. We just lost one of our baby girl cockatiel. She had the mutations of a whiteface cinnamon pearl. Something that we learned while taking care of her is that multiple avian vets have stated that due to inbreeding to achieve certain mutations, especially her specific colors, there is a higher chance for genetic defects and health problems for this specific mutation. There hasn't been any scientific studies or research showing this, but based off of the years of experience from the avian vets, they have all came up with the same conclusion. I was wondering if you can make a video talking about this topic. It would be really interesting. My girlfriend and I are probably going to be considering the mutation type and their respective health risks that comes with them when deciding to get a new pet cockatiel. It has been hard for us to see our whiteface cinnamon pearl cockatiel die at such a young age of 4 years old due to a uncommon fungal infection, and we have tried really hard to be good pet owners to give them the best life possible.
Thabk you for this video! We kept waiting for our lutino to grow feathers on his/her head. (I thought it was a male but after watching this video I will need to double check)
My cinnamon pearl female and Lutino male (not bald 😉) eggs are starting to hatch and I’ve been super curious what they will look like. This was by far the best explanation I’ve seen on cockatiel mutations. Thank you!
Very good, but very heavy info to take in for first time. Trying to understand what 2 birds go together to get different results. Need to watch more of this type of video. Calculator video would help. Thank you . I love what you do and all of your birds.
Hi there! I have a female cockatiel, she is light pied or maybe split to pied… Her mum was pearl and her dad was light pied. Does that means she is split to pied? She has some dark spots on her feets and some dark toenails. She has a yellow crest and at the back at her head she has a dark spot. I would really like to have pearled chicks one day, what mutation should I pair her with to get pearled babies? Thank you for your fantastic videos here at UA-cam, your birds are so beautiful!
Woww... you have explained it so well. I have a question for you. I have 2 pairs of cockatiels, one pair is normal WF male and WF pied female(some say albino pied) and another is again normal WF male + WF PEARL female. can you tell me what will be the Offspring are...??
Hi, in the first case, the offspring will be WF normals, some could have white spots due to being split to pied. In the second case, all normal WF. But if the male is split to some sex linked mutations (like pearl, ino, cinnamon) you could see them in the female offspring. In the second couple, if the male is split to pearl you could also see male pearls in the babies
Love your videos.. I want to know if a WF can be split to cream face since Cream Face is dominant to WF? So If I have WF pair that came from WF & CF parents can it produce CF?
If i breed my SFDS Ashen Fallow (male) to my pearl Ashen Fallow (female) Will the offspring be 100% Ashen fallow split Single Factor Dominant Silver (SFDS)?
What would be the offspring if i breed my Sfds to my Recessive Silver? Will i get a SFDS/single factor dominant silver or a DFDS/ double factor dominant silver?
The dominat silver is single factor? If so, you'll get 50% normals / split to recessive silver and 50% dominant silver single factor / split to recessive silver.
Thank you for explanations, I understand it better now. Is there a way to contact you through email? I have some questions about my pair and their offspring.
Hello Bcz the Male is lutino and the female is not so all of the lutinos you have is a female And because they produce pied that mean that the cock is split to pied bcz the pied gene is recessive and u need 2 genes of it to shows out
Thank you I’ve been searching for something like this for so long. You’re definitely the best channel for anyone interested in cockatiels
THANK YOU for taking times to share your knowledge.

What is the results please tell us.
Male chicks would be Normal grey split to pearl , lutino and cinnamon, Female chicks would all be Lutino
Amazing video, thanks for the information! I was looking for a video like this!
Appreciate your efforts..Nice video...If you do one more video with live examples it will be more useful and easy to understand ❤️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
such a great explanation! thanks for the knowledge that you shared, it's really simple & understandable🙏 better than my biology teacher😂

This is a very informative video. Thank you
Thank you. The video is quite interesting.
I have two pet cockateils one is fully black with a bit of white.
Please make a video on genetic software. Thank u.

No, cream face can be split to white face, but white face can't be split to cream face, because WF is recessive
@@TielZone thank you so much
I have 2white & grey cockatiels but on the sides 1 has dark grey colour & the other 1has light grey colour on the sides. Which 1is the female?
My cockatiels are crosspied greys that are brother and sister, so we had to separate our birds to avoid mating.
thank you
Do you have anu books or website that explain about it?
What kind of chicks are if mated with a normal gray cocktail with a white face?
Really good explanation
Super helpful
Hi! My name is Peecko!
Thank you so much friend!❤
This is cool but I think there's an app for it now that can be used, don't know if its accurate tho since I don't own cockatiels...yet :D
Hi sir.. What if female is lutino pied cream face and male is lutino. How the cheeks will be?
Visually lutino, split to pied and cream face
@@TielZone Nice. Thank you.
Sir. who to get eno v pied cockatiel color? Wich color breed
Make a video how to use genetic calculator.thank u
Woww 😍😊
Omg my comment got loved
:)
Brother...can you please explain, how to get emarald cockatile??
Wow, a face reveal and a good video!
If i breed my SFDS Ashen Fallow (male) to my pearl Ashen Fallow (female)
Will the offspring be 100% Ashen fallow split Single Factor Dominant Silver (SFDS)?
How to get paid color,? Which color meet
If i breed a lutino female with a light pied male what would be the offspring?
If a female lutino and male whiteface breed what colour mutations would be born?
thank you
it really is helpful
What would be the offspring if i breed my Sfds to my Recessive Silver?
Will i get a SFDS/single factor dominant silver or a DFDS/ double factor dominant silver?
The dominat silver is single factor? If so, you'll get 50% normals / split to recessive silver and 50% dominant silver single factor / split to recessive silver.
Very good explanation.... if you could just fix the sound on some portions as it is not very audible
Thanks, yes I'll re-upload this one with a better audio sooner or later
Useful info.. Thank u so much
If I have a bald 6 months albino cockatiel will she be bald forever?
Yes... Sometimes the feathers on the sides of the bald spot can reach in and cover a bit but the spot remains.
Thank you for explanations, I understand it better now. Is there a way to contact you through email? I have some questions about my pair and their offspring.
Great..
If I have a normal gray male mated to a pearl female would the result be that all males are spilt pearl and all females normal gray?
Yes, you got it!
Question is cinnamon sex linked to female
The perfect cockatiel mutation would be, all white with the red/orange cheek
Doesn't exist yet😁
the closest is a pure lutino
@@TielZone i wish it existed tho.
My cockatiels never have two of the same chics. There all different.
❤️👌👌👌😉
Yellow pied face !
Is their a blue mutation?
No blue mutations for cockatiels.. sadly!
Can you talk about mating , breeding egg development ETC ? I love ur channeñ
Good idea 😊
Yayyy 😻
👍👍
Hi, I have Lutino is(cock) and pied is(hen) they produced 2 lutino chick and 2 pied chick what are the gender of those chic im confused
I think lutinos are female. Tell me please what did you get.
@@AliAshraf-nq4hg yes your right

What if your chick comes out all black.
Hi, I have Lutino is(cock) and pied is(hen) they produced 2 lutino chick and 2 pied chick what are the gender of those chic im confused
The gender is found through the size and eye pigment
And males are biting females tend bite less
Hello
Bcz the Male is lutino and the female is not so all of the lutinos you have is a female
And because they produce pied that mean that the cock is split to pied bcz the pied gene is recessive and u need 2 genes of it to shows out
Thank you all. For response
