Humne bhi ek architect hire kiya tha ghar ke liye.Sab kuch sahi chal raha tha but jaise hi bank me loan apply karne gaye to bank walo ne development authority ka plan manga hai aur jab humne khud ka Architecht ka plan dikhaya to wo reject ho gaya.
So guys its my humble request to you all who want to build or design a house always go with government registered Architect or engineer or else they will loot ur money.I allready paid 20 k and now have to make plan again from authority which will cost me 15-20 k more.

Civil engineer are only for the structural drawings and work related to it. 500₹ per visit is the maximum. For architectural designs the minimum rate I got while consulting an Architect was ₹20 and the people with experience charge around 50 /sq ft. Main thing is that for passing the map in any of the cities development authorities architects are needed it’s not a civil engineerings cup of tea.
