That’s because inflation in Ghana is significantly higher and fluctuates more than in Kenya. But the inflation in Ghana reflects significant economic activities which is good in some sense but bad in other cases. The homes being sold in dollars in Ghana are not for locals obviously. These homes by and large are built to western standards.

I actually commend the government for investing in education and infrastructure development even though the returns are not immediate.
