Cool! I like the idea of copy and pasting houses, it looks really handy for those who like to build duplicate buildings. We can basically make totally secure villages in the game now in less than 10 mins without having to build by hand!
@@0Pantherr Go reread the last blogpost from summer 2021. I will quote, "However, we no longer expect to be ready to launch Hytale before 2023 at the earliest, and it could very well take longer." Not before 2023 at the earliest this means it will be 2025 max. And even that is speculation.

Do you mean building maps to use as grid maps?I wouldnt be very confortable to swich between game and another app that keeps track of your character sheet and spells.
@@ConfyLizard nahh think about it you could have someone in third person top down play game master running scripted events and spawning enemies, while other characters react and do skill checks
@@robfrank3423 preaty dope if somebody made a table top mod for that and actualy add dice and ability modifiers,still you would need a mod and all of your friends to buy hytale,probably easier to just get something like foundry vtt that its actualy made for that
I'm starting to get discouraged with Hytale, not even for some kind of beta or alpha to come out, but they decide to be too perfectionist, it's reminding me of the problem with another square game we know
they're not being 'perfectionist', they're trying to have access to as many markets as possible without the jarring disjunction that minecraft java has with minecraft bedrock. those two versions came to be as java edition was specifically designed for PC exclusive, so mojang had to develop bedrock for cross-compatability between mobile, console, and PC. by developing a singular version for all three platforms from the get go, they reduce the workload and can instantly sell and market to a wider audience.
Kind of too late to do a beta at this time, cause now they're re-writing the game engine for multi platform. Until that is complete, they can't do a beta. If you meant cube world by "square game" then you just compared a 1 man team VS 103 people working full time.
