The first guy that comes to my mind when I think of quartal harmony is Frank Gambale..he’s a great guy to check out especially if sweeping is a technique/sound one is fond of (like myself)
Yes Gambale is great at that stuff. Also check out Joe Diorio if you haven't. I think might have been Gambales teacher at G.I.T but I'm not sure about that.
