Every game should have a photo mode in this day and age so it's nice to see Codemasters follow suit, but I don't see why it had to be added in an update when DiRT 5 had one out of the box on day 1.
Glad features are being added, but kinda hurts the experience when such things are added after launch and when huge bugs still exist with the game that hinder progress
This, it's not worth getting even during the summer sale. I mean that Grid reboot was washed-down crap compared to old games and instead of making sure that never happens again, this one is held back by some serious bugs. But hey, let's add very needed photo mod, that's top prio :(
Very appreciated to have new features, of course. But please, read Steam reviews and do some bugfixing (there are people who got soft locked of career progress...). Otherwise the game will never spread its wings.
curious how many people use the photo mode regularly in any of the other Racing games that have it? I never do beyond the initial curiosity of one or two shots. is this really such an in demand feature when people are more likely to stream footage of the game in motion?
It makes more sense for games with cars you can properly customise. Grid needs to bring back some of the visual mods from previous games, such as wheels and sponsor placement, at a bare minimum, and add extra options. Even being able to change the whole colour of your race cars to a single colour isn't even really possible, as you have to pick a livery. Even your customised liveries aren't saved to a seperate tab, so you have to scroll through a tonne of them to fine what ones you changed... It's really very limited
I actually use it quite a lot in racing games, since Forza Horizon 1 in 2012 when I first started using it. And now I take multiple photos of cars, sunsets, buildings, and stuff that I think look cool in many games, but specially racing games.
Recently I've been playing alot art of rally. a simple game but has an amazing artstyle. I never used photo mode in any other game and gosh it's so cool. I'm still an amateur but it's very pratical to use and you can do lot a lot stuff and making some stunning shots. Glad they added on this one too.
@@Ben-Rogue we all agree with that. the previous games used to have a lot freedom to make your own thing. bringing those back in Legends would surely boost up the game and make the experience so much better. licesing really got really restricted these days.
There's a large number of people who use photo mode, from my experience in Assetto Corsa, on forums and discords, people share them alot, like liveries, battle/racing photos etc. It's a great tool to share within a community, I think photo mode is a great feature to help keep a game relevant. Even steam screenshot section is active in some racing games. It's also great for content creators too to make cool thumbnails, it should always be a day-one feature.
Translated by Google: I don't know what Codemasters is going to be with Grid Legends because sadly it lost all the players on launch day. A pity because the game has an excellent base of game modes, variety of circuits, variety of cars, ect.
Only 2.8k views. That's how much ppl don't give a f boot the game. Don't blame them. Driving the cars in the game have no weight to them. Like u driving a paper
Can't exactly blame EA for this. The last one was much worse and that was fully on Codemasters... I'm quite hoping their next Grid game is an Autosport 2, with enough of a budget to attempt to compete with GT and Forza. It's not like EA doesn't have the money to finance a big budget AAA simcade game, and I know Codemasters have talant (See Dirt Rally, and the fact they have a lot of ex Evolution studios and SMS developers, who worked on DriveClub and Project Cars)
This game has a lack of sharpness in the gameplay of the races that makes the game very ugly. The image of what's in front of the car is totally blurred. It's as if the game simulated astigmatism, nearsightedness, farsightedness, cataracts, and all eye diseases at the same time. It looks like it's in 360p. Not even on Xbox One X is it possible to read the brake plates, Even with motion blur turned off the image is a blur. GRID 2019 is better than GRID Legends. AMD Sharpening would mitigate this.

DiRT5 doesn't have replay.
My dream would be if they put all the tracks, cars and game modes from the entire franchise and combined them all in Grid Legends.
Glad features are being added, but kinda hurts the experience when such things are added after launch and when huge bugs still exist with the game that hinder progress
It also hurts devs aren't reaching out for feedback on what to fix or responding to comments/concerns. Feels like I just wasted my money on this game.

@@L0vac I'd give this game credit it's a definite step up from 2019 forsure tho but it could be so much more enjoyable.
Well, at least I got it for free.
You guys at GRID should invest more in marketing, because this game looks really cool, but almost nobody knows about it. Try a second time.

Has the replays improved? I really want the replays to be more cinematic, come on CM!
...I've never known of a racing game that added the photo mode post-launch
Good but too late but good anyway
Tragam o modo criar campeonato como havia em GRID !!!!Sera muito bom!!!!
How to rotate camera left or right on PC? I tried to use mouse but it doesn't work
I don't know how they didn't add this option 😢
Can we can export photos at higher render resolutions than native or super-sample to get a crisper native resolution image?
Un grand merci à vous ce jeu est génial le meilleur jeu de course de tous les temps

How to enable photo-mode on pc?
Fuck it all! It doesn't make the game any better... a fucking reference to Need for Speed 2015 and beyond.

@@pedrovieira3898 Mas so nesse estilo ne?Achei a DLC muito ruim!!Deveriam acrescentar corridas offroad Normais!!
How to buy this game through the STEAM store in Russia?.....
Should've been in the game at launch but whatever.
You could make Grid Legends trailer shorts. It would be advertising for free and would give more visibility to this wronged game
Bit late for such a feature don't you think, lazy devs
Better late than never as they would say
Riding the Selfish train, I see. Absolutely wonderful...
Are you balding out lately?
Haha nice
What nonsense man I can't look back how this option wasn't added 😢 pc
Still better than laziest Need for Speed "Snapshot Pro"
The solution to the problem is to play with the console

Lol you bring this now to a STILL BROKEN dead game. How about telling EA to stop rushing you to release unfinished games.

What a bunch of nonsense, if it wasn't for EA, then GRID Legends would have been a commercial failure as it should not have been.
